Search Results: i'm scared to move on

I meet guy 6months before college, we are only acquaintances-never talked. We're going on different colleges but in same building so i see him1-3 times a week.
He's not acting like other torwards me. He seems to mostly always notice me, looks and stare at me and lock eyes with me.
I've notice that he becomes quiet around me and acts different then when im far away, like he's stiff and shy.
-when i was next to his table, he didn't talked, only looked at his friend. when i moved away, he turned torwards me and he was talkative. Before he left he like scaned the room
-first time we saw each other on college, there were like 10-20 people i know and only he noticed me
-once he was infront of college with friend. I passed them and walked home. When i turned he was looking at me and he moved few meters from place he was standing at first
-he was in group infront of college and i went out and i looked in that group. He moved from them few steps and looked in my direction
- i was with his good friend and had beg infront of me. He and friend passed and she went to elevator with others and he noticed us, started to walk to us and side and like he lurks (weird?). We started to smile and he did but friend told him to go and he waved, smiled and said bye (weird voice).
-i was table next to his good friend and he and friend came. He talked about project, then sit next to me. He was lightly touching me, listened when i talked. When he got back from wc he sit next to friend (were he could sit in 1st place). I got up to order and they to go, and he stopped on half way so i needed to pass next to him and we locked eyes

I meet guy few months before college. I think i catched his eye back than but we didn't really talk. He didn't know anything abput me except that i wanted same college but i didn't got in.
We are in same building but different colleges and different friends, ofcorse.
He notice me, looks and stares and lock eyes with me since first day (5 months passed). He becomes quiet when im close even with his friends, and when i moved he would become talkative. He would move if he can't see me to place he can.
Months and half he saw me with his good friend from my group. I'd beg infront of me and he was lurking behind it and walked to side and us but friend told him to go (friends in elevator were waiting for him). He was smiling for first time i saw him (infront of me). 2 days later he was walking through my college to his.

We saw few times after that and now month that we didn't see.

His good friend has my number and he could get it.

Guys would you take it and do sth?
I really don't know what to think?
