Your uncle helps do experiments on people who has the Diclinous disease. This disease gives people psychokinetic abilities. Some can even read minds and sense other people who have the disease. Your uncle does some of the torture experiments and other workers talk to you about how they pour boiling water on them and laugh. Your uncle joe brings one of the male Diclinous's in the room. He's naked, has bruises on his body, a metal helmet on his head that prevent him from using his vectors. The boy is only 15 but he's so tiny and small. He couldn't walk without help. He started crying begging your uncle to let him go, your uncle even kicked him and said no. They also purposely broke his leg bone to see how his body self heals by itself. They also injected him with boiling water to see how his organs responded. Typically, Diclinous's can heal their own bodies in a matter of days but it's a painful process for them without help. Joe knows this but does so anyway. They often refuse to take the boy to the bathroom so he goes 2 days without peeing and when he finally pees it's typically for several minutes, and all the scientists watch and take notes. They leave for a few minutes and you hear him crying begging to be let out, you also saw a five year old girl with no arm, lost one eye with the experiments and you hear her crying for her daddy.
