So me and my boyfriend are in an LDR.
Last time he came here, i took care of our expenses since he has financial issues back then.
He's coming back in 2 months. And he has bought flight tickets himself, which is great.
He told me that it's his turn now to cover things up.
He asked me to tell the owner of the apartment we're going to stay in and ask him to secure the dates for us. And if i need to throw some money out for that, he has money and he will send it to me.

So i talked to the owner and everything went great. The owner said that we could just give him a down payment. I told my boyfriend about it and he was excited and thought that's awesome.

The owner never mentioned about the deadline for the down payment. But i feel like to pay it asap, since he has been so nice to us.
But my boyfriend hasn't sent me any for the down payment.
So, i have some money myself right now. And i can pay the dp. But i'm wondering if it's gonna be ok? Since my boyfriend told me that he'll take care of it, just don't want him to get offended or something. Or should i just wait for him to make the payment since it sounds like the landlord isn't in rush?
