Is it worth it to work out and lift to the point your exhausted DAILY and it makes me so tired i can't even function at work or school to have a 6 pack and giant muscles? Working out is literally ruins my day every day and i hate it, I hurt constantly, I see these other guys in my school that are buff as shit and they are full of energy, I feel brain dead, Even right now every part of my body aches constantly, IM ONLY 15😭 I have gotten more depressed and lifting has just made me more stressed because of it hurting and aching so much i can't even lift my damn arm, Do i have to do this to get a girlfriend? Because i heard women only date guys with big muscles and shit, Im still small😭 not to mention starving myself to be lean, I have not had a full belly in mONTHS and im hungry constantly just to have abs.

So, it was said by someone that men can potentially like any possible existing female body type out there, even including transwomen bodies. Sure, not any single man will like every type, but that plenty of men out there like any given female body type. However, women aren't the same and only like three male body types (and even the third one is "disputed.")

The Only Three Types of Male Bodies Women Supposedly Like:

One: The tall, big, muscular, buff guy.
40% of women.

Two: The tall and skinny, but toned and fit guy.
40% of women.

Three: The average, slightly-overweight "dad bod" guy.
20% of women.

The Types of Female Bodies Men Like:

So im 16, I love extremaly dominating girls, Like i want a girl taller then me (6ft 1) that will roughly kiss me pin me to a wall/bed and ri de me until i mo an her name, Im not masculine nor am i girly, But i like being spoiled and protected, i want to be her toy, But i can't find a woman like this, All the girls in my school are barbies, Im worried no woman would like me, Would a girl even date a guy like me? Im a sissy honestly. Like every girl in my school only like tall buff guys that are confident and masculine.

So the "dad bod" has been in the media for some years now as the preferred body shape that women are attracted to. Although the media depiction is often not really a dad bod at all and too buff. So what is your view on a real dad bod? Is it really attractive or is it just a way for guys with a big belly to feel better about themselves?
