My mother & I live together and right now im paying all the bills by myself. It’s been like this quite a lot these past 3 years but still manage to make it.
Our lease is up at the end of May but since im the only one working im saving to find a place for myself. It’s been so much back n forth about her and I moving separately along with her and I having drama from time to time. I just sucked it up and started to have money on the side to move.
Now my mom is considering wanting to move together again but I don’t want to because when things get heated she always want to be separated permanently. Which I’m just trying to cover my own ass by having my own place in case she changes her mind. Bills are piling up again and I have some money set aside for moving that could help pay the bills, I just don’t want to give up how much I saved to start from zero and regret sacrificing it when she wants to start drama again.

This afternoon I was in my bedroom on my laptop. My mom comes in and says the room needs more natural light. Side note the window shades are notoriously difficult to work. So I went to the window and tried to open them. My mom suddenly storms over and tells me not to be a wuss and yanks on the shade. She then goes on about how I’m stupid and do irritating things. I really don’t know what I did to set her off. All I did was try to open the window shade.

I’m starting to get real tired of her. My whole life I’ve basically had to walk on needles around both my mom and dad. They blow up at everything and constantly yell at me for usually no reason. I have zero conflict management skills as a result and basically let people walk over me. I’ve gotten so use to the treatment that I often wonder if it’s all normal and I’m just to sensitive :(
