Which is better, Guy Friends or Gal Friends?

I have had both guy and gal friends, and I think guy friends are better. While I love my gal friends, a lot of girls are dramatic and they try to be mature and they're not much fun. Guys however, usually don't care how "mature" they seem. They like to have fun, and they aren't so serious. I've seen the soft, sweet side of guys and it's amazing! Guys have feelings too, ya know.

I have gal friends that are like me. They are goofy and energetic. But there is a lot of drama. Two of my gal friends kind of hate each other over a really stupid reason. My best friend is a girl and she is awesome, But she can be very bossy some times and rude. She doesn't really think about what I want. My other "best friend" (we're kind of growing apart from each other) is SUPER dramatic. When we were having a sleepover My sister jokingly said ow when my friend accidentally poked her, my friend started screaming and crying and saying "I'm so sorry" "I've ruined everything" and "it's all my fault" and she hides under her bed for hours while we try to convince her to come out and once the sleep over is over she says "I've wasted all this time" "I ruined our sleepover". She does that EVERY SINGLE TIME we sleep over. It's really annoying. She's doing it for attention, is my guess.

The guy friends that I've had have been sweet, funny, and super fun! I love when we tease each other and I love how drama-free it is. Plus we can do actual fun stuff (not saying girls don't do fun stuff). Tomboys are fine too, but at my age, finding a tomboy is hard. Also, if you become close with a guy, you can see their sensitive side, I love that!

Anyways, Guy and gal friends are both cool. But I like guy friends better.

I mean I still have long hair and all that. But my personality is more like a guy. I like to joke around with them, make stupid and immature jokes, and challenge their masculinity to stuff like arm wrestling (But I always end up losing T. T). Not only that, but I could care less what clothes I wear as long as I'm comfortable. So it would take like 5 minutes for me to get dressed. And I wear absolutely no makeup. In my opinion, I'm basically like one of the guys. What do most guys think about a girl that's like this?

Okay so let me start off by saying, that I'm a tomboy. I've never been much for dating or liking guys, but lately I've hit a major fan girl/ girly phase of my life where I'm writing weird fan fiction and listening to romantic songs. Anyways, I've known this guy for three years. We've been somewhat friends but ever since September we've been becoming better friends. We hang out all the time, and I ready like hanging out with him. I don't think he's attractive or anything, but he's really cool and I can't help but want to hang out with him.
Now my friends are always saying he likes me. I don't think he does, but I want your opinion. See the thing is I'm a heavier chick. I'm a bit overweight and his best friend called me fat the other day. (Note that I'm not that big, there are much bigger people in my school than me, but I'm the biggest in my individual class.). He defended me, and always wants to hang out at lunch in the teacher's classrooms. What do you think? I know it's vague, but can you try your best?
