Ok long story short for my birthday I went to my friends bat mitzvah, in which this guy I used to like but kind of still like (it's complicated) attended. Throughout the party I eventually learned that my friends made a plan to get us to become closer or some shiz. What happened was My friends kept pushing me to talk to him and shiz so I fell on him or his leg and he helped me up and such and we were laughing. they backed me up into a corner turned me around I tripped and fell into him and landed on his leg he was laughing and singing happy birthday. Then he pulled me up and said happy birthday, high fived me, I nearly fell again (my panties were showing but I was facing the wall) he pulled me up again and he said now come on enjoy ur birthday. Then later I went to talk to him on the stage, his eyebrows did a little lift thing of surprise and he sounded pretty happy. We talked about the song that was playing (Cupid shuffle) and how we both get confused about what's left and right. Which I had him bowled over in laughter. Then he whispered or got a little too close and pointed out some random guy tearing up the dance floor. He also high fived me a lot throughout the night. He also looked over at me a lot and smiled when I wasn't looking. My friends then also made a big deal bout him holding my hand during the chair dance which I didn't think much bout it since i was in a rush and just randomly put my hand out. Then when I got him, I also found out he went asking bout where I was (I left early.) the catch is this guy doesn't like me. He likes someone else. He told me over text then made it a point to ignore me crying and schtuff to prove it. Yes he sent me a meaningful (more or less) apology but eh. Then he also double taked when he saw me talking to a guy and laughing. I didn't get the emotion. I'm confused. Help guys?
