I've been crying very frequently over a guy. He hasn't hurt me or anything but I had asked him to meet me, (we have met three times before already), and he told me that he's pretty swamped this month with friend's weddings to attend and a lot of events. He usually always initiates conversation and he was the one who pursued me in all the past three dates and he has been really sweet to me. He's never let me pay for any of the dates and has always picked a place to meet thats closer for me but he had to drive for 45 mins to get there. I also told him that I have something to give as a present cause it Christmas and he was like oh that's so sweet. (I said it just so that he meets me, I haven't actually bought anything). But I don't know what to do, I feel very sad and helpless. Or is this something not to worry about at all?

Me and my boyfriend decided to do pre Christmas presents for eachother a couple months back. I bought him some designer clothes and he said I’ll have to wait a week as he wasn’t paid yet. He then ordered me something and the wrong item was delivered. Over a month after he got it sorted and we had already discussed what present he would get me instead with the refund money.

I still hadn’t received the gift and as we’re so close to Christmas I mentioned it and told him not to worry about it as it’s Christmas time now. He responded with attitude saying he already knows not to worry about it because he’s spent money on me here and there anyway.

I told him i wish he would have told me at the time that when he paid for dinner here and there it meant he wasn’t doing the present thing anymore. So now he says I’m ungrateful.
