I hate his friends. They use racist slurs like it's no big deal, they're degrading to the women they date, they mooch off of me, they disrespect me and disregard my wishes when it comes to hanging out in my apartment, they get into fights, they black out and then me and my boyfriend have to go "save" them from whatever stupid situation they've gotten themselves into. I'm sick of it. I've brought it up to my boyfriend and sometimes he agrees with me and sometimes he defends them. either way, the same issues keep happening and my boyfriend just lets it happen. so nothing ever changes. I love him, but i HATE that his friends just come over to my apartment all the time and I don't seem to get a say. When i say i don't want to hang out with them, i get some variation of "well if you don't like my friends, i don't know what to tell you."

It doesn't seem like my boyfriend or his friends are ready or willing to change anything here. Should i just dump him? I don't want to be a bitch and I've tried to be fair and have given them multiple changes, but nothing changes. Would it be too horrible to say "I love you, but I'd rather be alone than keep company with people i don't enjoy. I have reached my limit with your friends disrespecting my home, being casually racist, and treating my things like their own and I can't do it anymore. I want to be with you, but I don't want anything to do with your friends." To be fair, it's mostly one friend, but they're always all together so it's kind of a packaged deal. What do i do?
