Search Results: hard to notice flirting

I have been through a lot in my life and nobody would know because I appear to "have it all together".

Anyhow this has been a disadvantage for me because I have become extremely shy and self conscious around guys I am interested in or I think are attractive. I think that I am flirting but I am not near as flirty as some girls are and I over think absolutely every move I make. In the past it was hard for me to even look at guys I was attracted to in the eyes in fear of them knowing that I liked them and I end up almost completely ignore them!

I have always felt like guys have not been interested in me but I am finally admitting to myself that I have most likely been sending mixed signals as well as I am very tall and MAYBE this intimidates guys? (I have been told I intimidate guys)

Well there is a guy I have interest in, and he's in one of my classes. He has flirted with me more than I've noticed any other guy has with very little verbal communication. He stares at me, bumps into me walking by me in class on purpose, etc (lots more)

I put doubts into my head that he's just a flirt or not interested, because he's way more outgoing with another girl in the class and stuff. But something in me tells me that he does like me or is very interested in me. I try to flirt back such as smiling, looking at him, liked his picture after he added me, etc.

But it's just all moving very slowly and the semester is almost over and I do not want to let him get away if he does like me, but I'm scared of rejection or screwing something up and then feeling even more down on myself. I have been working really hard on my confidence and that's why I've been able to show him some signals back but I'm scared I'll feel like I over analyzed everything and then feel even more dumb when it comes to guys...

Anyhow, should I trust my gut and give him my number? Or could I possibly be imagining it all?

I know that girls don't ask out guys as much but we do hint at guys or flirt or try to get their attention and try to get them to notice us so if they act disinterested it counts as rejection so don't say "guys because girls never ask out guys".

So I am 15, and there is a junior new boy at my school (Christian) and we were talking just as friends and then he started talking more than friends so I went along with it. So now we are actually talking talking, at least I think. We hung out one time and it was in his car, all we did was do a little talking and jam out to music. The talking ended up leading to me wanting to commit suicide, so I started crying a little which made him tear up. Then he kept giving me hugs then it was about time for me to go home so I got out of his car and into mine and he went and sat in my car with me and just made me give him a hug because I was still crying and we just sat in my car with his arms around me trying to calm me down. I looked down at my scars on my wrist and he noticed me looking at them and he took my hand and we held hands. That made me cry harder so I got out of my car and sat on the ground next to my car, he got out and sat in front of me, told me to stand up, he gave me another hug, and then I got in my car again and he told me to look at him, but I couldn't. So he said, "well since you won't look at me, I guess I will have to show you how much I like you." and he kissed me! But there is also a senior guy,(Aidan) who I danced with at our homecoming dance the entire time, and after he said that he is starting to like me, and I started to like him after he told me. They are both my best guy friends! The first guy is a huge flirt! The second is also a flirt! They both have pros and cons if we were to date. And, Aidan doesn't like Christian as much as he use to cause when C would do or say something I didn't like i would tell A. I need serious help!!
