Does this touchy - feely girl like me or is she just friendly?

There is this girl I am studying with in university. I really like talking to her and she laughs even when I tell her some really stupid jokes. Rarely, she playfully pushes me or even grabs my shouders from behind trying to scare me. But I think she is more touchy - feely person always smiling and laughing, so its hard form me to understand if she likes me more than just a friend or not. She talks to other male friends, but I didn't seem to notice that she touches them like me.
Sometimes I start conversation with her by texting in Facebook or phone, usually about what topics are included to the exam and stuff like that.(She always responds quickly but never texts me first). Recently we where texting that we should hang out more with our university group then we normaly do. Then she offered to go skying someday with university friends and asked if I would go too. I agreed and told I would like to.
Furthermore, when we ar having lectures i never see her looking at me even for a second until I approach and start talking to her.
To sum it up, do you think that she is flirting and wants to be more than friends, or she is just friendly and that's all there is? By the way, I think she doesn't have a boyfriend.

she may or may not like you. what is her background/culture? sometimes certain cultures are super touchy feely and others aren't.

ex: europeans are mostly touchy feely because they tend to be comfortable with bodies and being around others. hence, the nude beaches and things like that. americans on the other hand are not really like that because our society is so focused on imperfections and covering them up. just a thought

Eastern Europe. I think that it is her personality more than a culture. Because we aren't that much comfortable being around others just like Americans.

She probably does like you since she doesn't touch other guy friends (but how do you know that she's just not as close to them as you friendwise?) plus she asked you to come with her. My female friends rarely invite their guy friends anywhere...
At the same time, this just could be her personality. Maybe try flirting with her and see her reaction?

With the skying thing, when we where texting and I brought it up that our colllegues went last year and then told me that she never tried it. Quickly texted our collegues if they ar going this year and ask if I would go to. But I can't seem to figure her out, when I invited her and couple of our guy friends from the university to participate in a sport event, we talked a little more about what we like and joked around. But recently during lecture breaks I fail to start conversations with her, maybe because to many people around. When I texted her the same day she was more talkative. I am really confused now.

I think the key here is that she is touchy-feely with you and no one else. It is like she has a extra level of comfort with you that she doesn't have with anyone else. If you want to date her, just say to her that you think she is a great person and really enjoy spending time with her. Ask her out for a simple cup of coffee and see where it goes.
