Guys? Can you be touchy feely with a girl you are not attracted to? Curious to see some male opinions on this?

What does it mean when a guy touches you on your back, shoulders and arm. Get different variations when he talks to me most the time.

Does it mean he is interested?

Have heard he can be a bit of a flirt but.

Can you normally be touchy feely like that with a girl you are not attracted to though?

He calls me gorgeous a Miss (my name) as well. Shrugs.

Can't tell if he is attracted to me or if he is just being friendly. Cause I am very attracted to him and don't mind the attention at all.

Some guys are just really good at faking any aspect of a relationship. They can go as far as making this girl think she is like his dream girl/future wife when in reality she's just a fling. Some guys couldn't do this if they tried. Basically the flirts are the ones that either are really good at faking this, or it simply comes so naturally, that they treat everyone like that. I've known both types of guys.

I know I fall into the later. I just can't fake being into a girl, and that includes being touchy feely and genuinely passionate towards her. When I really like a girl, I act like a love struck puppy dog, straight from a romantic comedy, but when I'm not really into a girl, I can't fake these kinds of gestures. That includes in and outside of the bedroom.

I will say this though, generally if a guy is very affectionate, always wanting to hug/kiss you, hold hands, cuddle, touch you, compliment you, etc. Then he probably likes you. I'd say I only know about one naturally flirty guy out of every 10. It's not as common in men as it is in women. It's a natural tendency for women because, biologically, its their role to attract mates, where men its their job to go actively get a mate. Typically to, if a guy is a flirt he's also a player, because he can. The girls naturally flock to his flirtatious personality. So also ask yourself what this guy's dating history is like. Has he dating/slept with a lot of women? Does he get a lot of female attention (like 3-5 girls wanting to date him at the same time)? Those question can also help lead you to your answer of whether or not he's into you or he's just a flirt.

He just may be into ya! I personally do not like the touchy feely stuff with someone I'm not into. This girl I knew years back kepted sending me suggestive texts and in person she kepted poking me and rubbing my feet. I got tired of it and warned her that I would show the texts to her boyfriend! Well, as a result, it stopped.

So yea, this guy has taken a liking into you. I don't think he would be acting this way if otherwise

You should see how he is around other girls. Is he touchy-feely with them too? If not, there's a better chance he's into you.

for me I never touch someone while I talk but if I have a Girlfriend I can cuddle and be "touchy feely" in private.

I'm just friendly. I get nothing out of it particular other than a spot of fun. I do compliment people but never in a misleading way so it would be "You have a nice dress on" at worst.
