I wasn't very nice in HS to certain classmates but I have no regrets to be honest. I think those I gave a hard time should by now get over it. It's been 7 years already.

I was a teen then.

I've already been reading several posts about these girls getting treated poorly and still wanting the guy. Examples:
- girlfriend crying about her boyfriend humiliating her about her small breasts in front of others... yet still wanting him
- girlfriend still wanting to get back a boyfriend that called her a slut and dumped her because she slept with 5+ guys in the past
- girlfriend asking others if she has to get down on both knees and apologize to her boyfriend just because he told her to do it

I don't hear too much about a guy stuck with an ice queen of a girlfriend and still wanting her or in the rare case he does sticks around, it's usually for the sex till he finds better.

Here's my story:
As I was growing up my mom always told me that If I won, and my feelings were heard then there would be no peace. So I had to be the one to LOSE all the time. She told me that if I felt that I was a loser, should die, that no one liked me, that I was ugly, that I shouldn't be loved and that I am hated... then it would make my sister feel like she was the winner, should live, everyone should like her and that she was beautiful and should be loved... if I won there would be no peace so I should just lose to have peace in the family, that's the way to show love and be good. I grew up with this mentality. Whenever my sister wronged me, I went to my mom hurt... she would tell me it's because I'm evil, hateful, ugly and pathetic and that she should have killed me when I was born. So I stopped telling my mom stuff and just did everything my sister wanted. I cleaned, cooked, and we shared a room so I cleaned and did the laundry for my sister as well. I was her slave, and she was my queen. She even bossed me around and treated me poorly in front of my friends. She used and abused me, mentally and physically (she is 3 years younger than me but slapped me when she was 14 and I was 17)... and she took all the credit for cleaning the house when it was always me who cleaned it... As I grew up I barely made friends. I felt that everyone hated me, and looked down on me. I didn't talk to many people. I felt that my feelings didn't matter. I felt that I was always wrong... and everything I did was wrong. I love my mom and my sister, don't get me wrong.

I am married. Most of our marriage I assumed my husband didn't love me. He only loved his ex whom didn't want to be with him. Was this all in my head? I don't know. He tells me every day, you're beautiful and I love you... I respond with "you have to say that, because you're my husband"... and "what does that mean anyway?"
