I sent him a text-. We text. We eventually ended up facetiming. He texted me on Valentines day. We text more and facetime again. Says he enjoys talking to me a lot. Sometimes he was busy, but he would always get back to me. We decided to meet up. He states he would come out to me but I decided im going out to him. We set a date and time. He didn't text me for a week so I thought oh he's going to ditch me, so I canceled everything. I blocked him on instagram too. That day he messaged me asking if I was still coming out to him. I said I would like to, are you still available. He says of course he didn't know me well enough and wanted to make sure I didn't change my plans. I asked him if his intentions were good. He laughed and said yes. So I drove out there. We hung out, He's hyper like a kid. He pays for all my food, showed me his favorite spots, complimented me, cooked for me. We hung out in a hotel. Didn't do anything. We slightly brushed hands and we locked eyes but nothing. He took me to his house. Showed me his business. Said he can't wait to come out to me so I can show him everything. I asked him are you sure. He said he's a man of his word. BARLEY on his phone the whole time. I was on my phone more and he asked to see what I was looking at. Anyways day ended, I hugged him goodbye, I drove back and he texted me right after that he enjoyed hanging out with me and hopfully will come out to me soon so he can get to know me better and he really liked me. I said I would like to get to know him better too. Next 2 days he text me making sure im ok and that he will be busy, but he can't wait to see me soon. After those days he stopped texting. I text him after 3 days. He replied once happy and said he's working and asked if I was working today and then stopped.

I am seeing this guy for almost 6 months now. I was pretty clear on him not wanting a relationship. He also distant himself from me for like 20 days because of his university grades last semester. One day I ran into him at the bus stop. He told me exactly why he was being distant. I met his family that day for the first time as well. On that night, I promised myself that I will not text him till he is done with his last semester. But a week later he texted me and we spent time together. Now we meet every week sometimes even twice a week. I also went to his house when he was sick last week, met his family again. He says that his parents like me. On Valentine's he actually confessed his love to me. He replies to my texts right away, makes plans with me, does everything that I like and appreciate, attends my doctor's appointments. Today he took me out to try sushi for the first time. I was being treated like a child which I was loving, his eyes were most of the time glued onto me. Basically I see him care and love me, something a boyfriend would do. He already interacted with my sister on valentines and next week he is coming with me to hang out with my friends. I am really confused should I ask him if we are dating cuz I am really unsure? I know he is commitment phobic due to his career focus. He is done his last year this April. So I could just wait for him to ask me out.
