When I was a kid, my dad used to ask me random math qestions. For example, what's 23-54? Or what's 15/3? If I couldn't answer those right, he would get really pissed at me, make me stay up alnight and learn math and yell at me everytime I got something wrong.

Even though I went to school, finished college, took some pretty hard math classes (trig, for example)... when people ask me random math questions... I just blank out sometimes.

I was sitting at the dinner table with my family today and my dad was discussing money. Then he told me he got a great deal and radonmly told he that the price he got for the deal was 90/3... and then he asked me what that was.

Being an idiot... I just blanked out and my dad had this "WOW" look on his face and started laughing and then my younger brother answered the question and got it correct.

I just feel like a massive idiot. I have no idea why I blanked out and now my family thinks I am an idiot.

Ok, so there's a girl that I think I like and I want some advice..
So, our school has been having assemblies for the past week from 7 to 10 and yesterday and I was next to a girl from my math class that I don't talk to that much. She was on my right and the way she was sitting, her hand was out and pretty close to mine, so I gently touched my knuckles to hers, just to see the reaction. I did this a few times and she didn't object to it, so I kinda just gently put my fingers over her hand and held it like that for a bit until she made a fist with spread fingers so we interlocked our fingers and held hands for the next 45 min to an hour and she stroked my hand and wrist while I lightly rubbed the outside of her thigh. Afterwards, we didn't say anything at all. She just gave me her phone to put my number in and I did and we texted for a while and I asked her if she wanted to sit next to me today and she said yes.

So, today came and there were 2 parts of the presentation, 1 in the gym and 1 in the auditorium. With the one in the gym, she sat really close to me and our sides and legs were touching for most of the time but I didn't take her hand yet, yet we stayed close. She also stood up for something but sat down even closer to me.
In the auditorium, we were still next to each other and I rubbed her knee with my fingers for 20-30 min and she stroked my forearm with her fingers. I finally got enough courage to touch her hand and we held hands for the rest of the time.

Now, my question: A few hours ago, I asked if I had crossed any boundaries when I was touching her legs or holding hands and she said no. I said that I liked the feeling and she replied, "Haha okay"
I'm just curious if you think that it meant, "Okay, that's cool" or if it was an awkward, "Okay, creep"
I know I'm probably overthinking it, but its driving me nuts. Just ask if you need more info

i was in high school first year .. a girl like me but i didn't know that she was trying to talk to me and looking for my fb account and my phone number .. but i had no idea. one day i was alone in my class studing math .. for extra hours or something and then se came in i didn't know her or what's her name .. she came and sit right in front of me and start showing her self .. But i was like a blind man after that we study math with a teacher .. together in the end i was going out then she called me with my name aand tell me wait i will go with you !!! i said ok

i had no idea who she is .. she was in the class next to me but i didn't know her so we didn't have uch to talk about, but she asked a question "do you have a fb account" i said yes and that't is.

with days .. we start knowing eatch other "actually i sart know her because she know who i am and where i am from ......" one day i found my selk in a relationship with her "after two weeks or more" she loved me so much and i loved her too "she was my first love" you can't forget your first love.

............ one day we broke up i was confused i asked her hy you wan to breakeup with me .. she said i want to concentrate on school and sh*t, i didn't believed her after two days i saw her in a relationship with another guy, that't where i lost control of my self and "i opened fire hahaha"

the point is that after she broke up with me i lost self-confidence with/about girls .. what am i suppose to do "now it's been almost a year after we broke up i didn't have or try to have a girlfriend"

i want to say that i am 17 but i know how to treat women because i read "a lot" of articles about dating and relationships .. and i am nice polite and calm and i don't think i am ugly.

I can't say how often I see people saying 'why are guys voting and commenting when I said girls only'?

Guess what, maybe other people of your gender want to see what the opposite gender said! and if you get upset because you don't want to make a 'see options' poll, It breaks it down by gender right on the side!!! It's even COLOR CODED for crying out loud. If you really want to know the exact percentage, just do some basic math! and if they are commenting, you can just as easily ignore them or not consider their comments.

It just frustrates me because the reasoning/solution both seem so simple...

I will even build in an example, GUYS ONLY RESPOND TO THE POLL regarding the above question.
