So guys, I went on a great date. We thought we'll spend couple of hours in a bar but spent 6 hours instead chatting without any pauses. We laughed a lot, didn't talk about exes and he dropped couple of ideas of things we could do together later - well, all in all it was just perfect. In the middle of the night we went out of the bar to smoke, he hugged me tightly and was smoking and hugging me simultaneously when suddenly a couple of his friends (girls) passed by. He said hi, introduced me without hesitation but didn't let go and kept hugging me tighly while chatting with them. Girls wanted to join us but he said straight away it was a bad idea because we were leaving (we were not). So they left and we came back inside, drank a bit more, afterwards he walked me to a taxi parking lot. All the way he was hugging me tightly, while we were waiting for my car to arrive he turned me so that I was facing him, started hugging me again, pressing me against his chest and stroking my hair...
All signs were good, right? BUT he didn't kiss me or even try to! And now I'm kind of confused why - he had so many opportunities to do so.

So do you think he'll ask me out on the second date?

There is a guy in one of my classes that I just started to know recently. We have talked to each other a couple of times. A few days ago we were in our floor's study room together and he started to talk to me about his project. He initiated the conversation and we talked for about 7 minutes. We made eye contact and laughed a lot. Two days ago, we were both in the study room again and there was also another girl from our class in the room too. He asked a question out loud without addressing either of us, but I answered. He asked another question and I had a witty response and then he laughed. On Friday, I walked out of another class and saw him as he was talking to another girl (she has a boyfriend) and I told him our papers were graded for our class and he immediately left to go pick it up. Then after he got his paper, he walked over to me (I was on the opposite side of the room from where he was) and he started talking to me about it. We kept talking for a while until he had to leave. We laughed and made eye contact a lot. Would you consider him interested? Should I be on the lookout for any more signs?
