To start it off. My biggest secret I've kept from a close friend is that their crush for many years actually liked me and one night we ended up sleeping together. We had been drinking. But I will admit it can be seen as a shitty thing. Although his crush didn't really seem interested in him.

Not asking for advice on what to do - im asking WHY she is like this. My family friend is fifteen, she’s been my family’s family friend since I was 4. I know her siblings and parents. She talks to her friends on the phone and on FaceTime often, she posts group pictures with her friends and she’s laughing and smiling happily. She has sleepovers often. She likes hanging out with her friends, because once when there was a party she was mad the whole time because she had to go there instead of hanging out with her friends. When she is doing something with our family or other family friends, she is complaining to her mom, saying “can we go now! I’m so bored! Ugh” and scoffing. She doesn’t want to stay somewhere for more than 10 minutes. Every single time we go somewhere with them she’s begging her mom to leave. I don’t think she dislikes me, she smiles at me and no one made inappropriate sexual advances towards her because she is always in a room full of people. Social anxiety, or immaturity?
