Ok so for the past 5 weeks, I have been working with a guy I have had a crush on for a year. We hit it off really fast and we get along really great. During this week, we became really close. I gave him a back massage and he gave me one as wel, still bare chest from the one I gave himl. We slept in the same bed 2 nights in a row, with him taking me in his arms a few times during the night and waking me up with a 5 minute hug. We went out yesterday and he danced with me, all while his hands were wandering up and down my back. He's always randomly hugging me, tickling me and kissing me (on the cheek). He asked me if I wanted to see a movie with him twice, and we did. While we were watching the film he took me in his arms or laid his head on my lap. As if I needed to to add this , he's always flirting.
Only problem is, he has a girlfriend. So I don't know why he's behaving like this! Is he playing with me or is he really interested? I don't want them to break up because of me I would feel like a really bad person. Any advice

So my situation is pretty complicated. Basically this guy I liked during the school year (and still do) moved in with me and my family because of situations at home. So we definitely got know each other and are pretty close. He tells me personal stuff and I tell him things too. We flirt a lot (pushing, wrestling, tickling, teasing, et cetera), but we also can get annoyed with each other like any other roommates. Well sometimes he brings up girls that he might like or is attracted to which is confusing since we flirt and it kinda seems like he likes me. It sucks/hurts because I like him and I wish he didn't. Anyways yesterday he found out I like someone so he would not leave it alone. He just kept asking "who is this guy?" and "do I know him?" Et cetera. Which I feel like its another sign that he likes me. I want to know if he feels the same and if he does how do I progress things?
