Say each planet is perfectly habitable, and each has equal technological advances.

Here's a few questions in case you're not sure what to talk about:

1. How would you feel about being on a planet that only consisted of your own ethnicity?

2. How do you feel that you would never be able to see them again?

3. What would you miss? What wouldn't you?

4. If it's not something you would like, do you think you currently may not be taking advantage of the opportunity to mingle with others who are different?

5. Do you think this hypothetical question would be one of those: "You never really miss it until it's gone", kind of things? Or do we take each other for granted?

"Florida is setting different goals for reading improvements among its students – based on race and ethnicity. By 2018, 90 percent of Asian students, 88 percent of white students, 81 percent of Hispanic students, and 74 percent of black students are to be reading on grade level." That a quote from the full article, here link Plus, the percentages by race for kids 48% white, 26% Hispanic, 20% black, 5% other. Shouldn't that factor in? link Plus, what if you are arab, Indian, native American, or mixed? Where would you go? They are already doing this in D.C and Virginia.

"Suspicious people."

Strangers. They/we're everywhere. Anyone you don't recognize, who seems to be a little different, perhaps a strange ethnicity compared to the rest of the people you see in your locale, or someone dressed quite differently, that acts with different mannerisms...

After 9/11 everyone seemed to be tuned in to the potential ramifications. Would this mean the bombings seen in so many parts of the Middle East would start happening here? We even had a threat level implemented, to let us know how scared to be.

Where I'm at right now, in the South, a small town, there are "suspicious people" link everywhere. Suspicious of me, as an outsider, suspicious of the way the neighbours act, etc.

Sometimes I feel like we live in the United State of Paranoia. And before the hecklers lash out, I know that there's a need for increased security. What I'm talking about here is the level of distrust for everyone, not just people who look Middle Eastern.

Acid Reflux is at an all time high - the level of nervous tension in our bodies causing them to spew our stomach contents back up into our throats. Xanex and other anti-anxiety drugs are given like candy at the Dr.'s office.

What are your thoughts, about your own experience in say, the last 6 months? Are you more or less suspicious of others since 9/11?
