So this is a thing... trying to be respectful of any cultural choices, but ladies would you ever want to do something with the placenta after birth? Placentophagy seems to be gaining followers western countries, so interested to see if any would.

Many claim there are health benefits such as increased energy, iron, helps reduce post partum bleeding etc.

A lot of people say women shouldn't be proud of enduring the pain of birth for a variety of reasons such as that most women can do it (that just proves how awesome most women are), that women can do it when they're in a coma (that just proves even MORE how awesome women are that they can do such a thing when they're in a coma). Any animal can do it? No, not every animal can give birth to a human being. Humans have the most painful difficult birth in the animal kingdom (aside from hyenas) due to our narrow hips and big heads.

Anyway apparently surveys show that most Americans are proud to be American. Which is to say, proud for doing LITERALLY nothing. A literal baby can be born unconscious and be an American. Yet somehow Americans want to be proud of that, yet women can't be proud of successfully enduring the pain of birth in order to bring life into the world.
