He looks at me. A lot. He doesn't usually have an expression (he hardly does for anyone but his friends, really), but when he does, it's a smile. Last night was Prom. He went with a "friend" that has a boyfriend, but I think he could like her. The first time he saw me last night was when I went down the Grand March (with another girl is all). When I saw him, he was already looking right at me (but it was my turn to walk. What else would he look at?). His eyes were skimming me up and down, and he wasn't hiding it, but still no expression. His date looked pissy, but she always does, so. My parents were watching (all parents watch the March), and they know I like him. According to them, he didn't really look at anybody, and he seemed to avoid looking at his ex. When I came down, he did turn to look at me (which he did for no one else), but he didn't do much else. So he noticed me for sure, but did it mean anything? Throughout the night, he looked at me a lot, but he was with his friends. He made no attempt to approach me. He was with his date from time to time (like a slow dance), but was usually with the guys. At Post Prom, something really weird happened. He was surrounded by guys, and I was with my best friend. He was looking at me and not hiding it. I don't know if he saw I was watching, but I don't know how he wouldn't. I heard and saw him say my name, but that's it. Just my name. Then, they walked away. I don't think he wanted to leave just cuz he saw me (he'd seen me long before). It was something else. But it was weird. Before all this, before Prom, he has acted like he likes me. He blushes, smiles at me, his friends tease him, etc. But he's never tried to ask me out. He graduates in a month! If he likes me, wouldn't he have at least tried? Maybe he doesn't want a senior girlfriend while in college or something, but I don't know. Something weird is going on. He doesn't seem like the type, but maybe I'm being made fun of. What do you think?

I think of you at red lights, when I'm drinking coffee in the morning, during late night movies, while writing the date on my paper in class. But to be truthful, you're on my mind at 11am and 11pm, and all the time in between. You linger in my head like your cologne on my clothes until the second I drift into sleep, and you occur to me in the moments before I open my eyes in the morning. I spend the intervals in between seconds thinking of the freckles on your face, and your flawless, innocent smile. And when I wake up alone at 4am, I crave to hear the sound of your sleepy voice and feel your hands around my waist. I so badly want to hear your heartbeat, and taste your lips every time I go to sleep next to an empty space where you should be. Fuck me for being so cliche, but I swear your eyes are just like the stars, mysterious, hiding countless secrets, yet somehow still so familiar, and never unrecognizable even in the darkest of nights. Kissing you elevates me so high up into the clouds that it's an instant reflex to smile immediately after my lips leave yours. And every single time you open your mouth to speak, I feel myself sinking deeper into love with you, falling closer towards the point of no return with every word you say.

I'm 24 and in a relationship of over a year. I have a Facebook, my 24 year old boyfriend has a Facebook. We're out of college so we don't use it much, but we both still have them.

I want to be Facebook official. I know it doesn't really matter, but a lot of my friends don't live in town and I am proud of my relationship and want everyone to know about it. I also like the security that comes with everyone knowing. It's not like we hide. Everyone we know in town pretty much knows we're together, but I don't really see the problem with it.

FYI, he has been "FB official" with all of his exes (college-high school etc) including shared Facebook pictures etc. I know we're out of college so Facebook isn't as big of a deal, but I still want us to be together online in addition to in real life.

Some of this is me being territorial since I live in his city with all of his friends, exes, and ex fuck buddies. Some of them give me the stink eye when we see them and go "oh! I didn't know you had a girlfriend" or "What? since when?" when he introduces me in bars etc.

He says that he never uses it so he might just delete it, but it's also how he stays in touch with college friends so I know he won't actually delete it. To me, it just seems like an excuse and like he really doesn't want us to be publicly together online or something. I don't think he's looking for women on Facebook or anything, so I'm not really sure why.

Thoughts? Do you think he's trying to hide? why wouldn't he want us to post on there? People say the privacy thing, but why would you want to keep the girl you're in love with private? It feels like he's hiding me.
