Search Results: do guys really rate girls

There's this girl I like at school. I'm really bad at guessing if girls like me, so I'm operating on the assumption that she doesn't. I've tried talking to her, but it always goes the same way: I start up a conversation, she replies, and then before I can answer, she has to go, or I have to go. One time, I tried to talk to her, and she completely ignored me. So I'm pretty sure she doesn't like me, but I want to go ahead and become friends with her. After that, I'll ask her out, and see where it goes. Though, would she wanna be friends with me even if she doesn't think I'm hot. Oh, and I'm not horribly disfigured or anything. But anyway, my question is: Would you continue a conversation with a guy, even if you didn't feel attracted to him? If you had a guy friend you didn't like sexually, and he asked you out on a date, would you say yes? On the poll, pick the answer that BEST suits you. BTW: I don't like her because she's the hottest girl in class or anything. She's pretty, but she's not the prettiest girl in the entire school. Its sort of hard to put my finger on it, but there's little things I really love about her. Like whenever she smiles, it just makes my heart melt. Even weird things, like the way she talks, or her posture really make her seem nice. I dunno, maybe its just because of the crush, but I absolutely adore everything about her.

So I just read a post that really struck something in me. Now somebody put up a post that had an answerer talking about American girls even calling them "the biggest bit**es in the world" and that was said by a girl. Also saying that if you want a good girl then search in other countries. Funny thing is I'm putting this up not even just for guys but for girls to. I know two women who had so many problems finding good men here in America that they went to another country to find their husbands and both marriages have been going strong for 7 years.

Whats up with that and why are both American girls and guys just so damn hard to please and keep cool? Also I think America has like the highest divorce rate. Is it really that or are foreigners just willing to take more. Really I am just curious about other peoples thoughts about it as a whole and if you actually had or are having this problem

Do you remember that time you rejected that person harshly, or pushed them down, or made them eat their parents? This is your chance to confess and/or brag about what you did (if you're like that). How did you feel after you did that thing? and how long did it take for the guilt to set in, if it set in at all.

Also, I think it'd be more fun if you guys don't do it anonymously, but you can if you want to. But don't go and call people a-holes if they confess, because they probably feel guilty enough (I know I do).

Here, I'll go first: The meanest thing I ever did was in the sixth grade. I was young, stupid, and didn't really think about how others felt. One day, I was with my friends, and this girl came up to me, and asked me to be her boyfriend. She wasn't ugly at all, in fact, I'm pretty sure she was one of the nicest girls in the class. She had been giving me hints in class that she liked me, although I didn't realize it until after the event. Anyway, and I feel terrible about this, I just walked away and laughed. I have no idea why I did it. It was probably the worst thing I've ever done. Afterwards, in class, I'd catch her looking at me, but I was so stupid that I couldn't bring myself to apologize and ask her out. Only a year later did I realize the fact that this girl had serious guts, coming up and asking a guy out like that, in front of his friends. I also realize what a complete a-hole I was, doing what I did. Its been almost four or five years, but I don't think I'll ever forget that. I can't imagine how she felt, and I'm still so incredibly sorry. I try not to think about that day all the time, but it still manages to pop into my head once or twice a week, and I feel like the worst person on the earth. I've tried finding this person on Facebook, and I couldn't. Maybe if I just told her how sorry I was, I could get rid of this guilt; if only I could find her.
