He's amazing, a straight 10/10 and his personality is so unique and wonderful. He's a dork and he makes me smile even when I'm sad and laugh when I want to cry. He is so sweet and caring and I could go on and on about how much I like him but that's the problem. Do I like him? Or do I love him? We've been talking since around May and with every message we send it seems I just fall for him more. I want this to be real, I don't want to jump and say I love him if it's just some prolonged version of infatuation. Honestly, he's just perfect and that's not even with sexual attraction added into the equation. How do I know if I love him? Like I want to make myself better for him and I would do anything to make him happy and I feel such a squeeze in my chest whenever I think of him. So do I just like him? Or could I actually love him at my age?
Just to be clear, I'm 17 and he's almost 18.

So today I was trying to figure out why the "fuckboy" exists in our world today. This term has become very negative as opposed to "player"... Anyway, the majority of "fuckboys" or "players" are not interested in getting married or what not. The majority want to be bachelors forever and play the field until they're too old or ugly to get women. Does this mean they honestly can't feel romantic attraction towards someone. Of course they are sexual--even hypersexual!

On a different note, if someone has a hard time trusting or "loving" people because of some sort of past trauma or bad relationship--can they be a-romantic for this reason? Just because someone doesn't want to take you out to dinner, buy you gifts and flowers or have a candle-lit date does not make them a bad person. If they're mainly sexual towards you--does that actually mean they don't feel any type of romantic attraction or just don't know how to show it?

He's calling me honey, uses red heart emojis <3 , keeps the realistic drawing I made of his eye in his room, walks around the school while his friends + his brother's friends see us together, and saying he loves the picture of us together (it's my profile picture if you wanna see) and also flirting with me and being really genuine and chivalrous. We also have physical/ sexual attraction for one another. But I keep finding a way to convince myself that he's scared to say he doesn't like me and is just letting me off easy/friend zone/ being nice to avoid hurting me. We've known each other for 2.5 months and he doesn't pressure me in any way, lets me be myself, and respects my boundaries But I don't know if it's because other girls are satisfying him and he doesn't need me, but I don't know if I'm just being stupid since I am literally the only girl I've seen him walking around with. I only ever seen him with his buds.
