(thanks for reading) I am getting angry. I have never liked my family or become close to anyone to be 💯% honest with them about how I feel! I always hide how I feel and when the time arises I do the same things to them but I am quite straightforward when it comes to how I think.

Recently, I have been verbally fighting with my father. He is a good person but I don't like him. I was never close with my family and after some time I started feeling the need for a family and tried to get close to them but there was nothing which was common between us. So I tried to find things which we both can enjoy. I asked my mother to teach me cooking and my father to teach me driving in hope that it will make me closer to them. They did nothing. At the end, they told me that they didn't even taught my brother anything. He learned driving from his friends and cooking on his own. On hearing that, I went nuts. I was feeling betrayed as if this was the case then why lie to me that they will teach me. Why get my hopes up? And in the end tell me that they were not going to teach me anything from the start. My father thinks of me as a small child who doesn't know shit! But when he wants me to do something, I know everything.
I used to ignore all this but now I am unable to and I am getting angry. It is clear that the anger hidden in me is erupting but I don't want it to. I want to control it. I want to be the cool guy I was once again.

What to do?
