A conversation we had in a group chat tonight confused me and I don't know how to respond to it: Friends were talking ablut driving I said i would only drive with her in the car cause i didn't want anything to happen to someone i actually care about (Ik its mean this is the sort of stuff we joke about all the time)

She responded “funny thats not what you said a couple weeks ago” (I assume she would be referring to what we said at prom)

I said i dont remember and asked if she could remind me and she changed the subject and let the moment go.

We hung out in a group the next day and she seemed pretty normal. She would make eye contact, laughing at all my jokes, smiling, etc. She was flirting a lot with one of my friends for most of the night, and I also flirted with these two other girls a little bit, so I don't know what to think.

So should i text her about this (alone) and see whats going on. Is she trying to find out if i still like her or angry for some reason? I don't know whats going on?

Last girl I liked, I genuinely cared about. She knew this.
She was seeing someone, but it didn't stop her from flaunting herself and leading me on.

So I ask, is it cruel to tease/lead someone on who genuinely cares about you?

I understand teasing someone who just sees you as a piece of ass, in my opinion that's acceptable.
But do you think it's cruel to do it to someone who has real feelings for you?

Say they used to talk everyday for 2 months and like two weeks ago the girl vented to the guy and the guy basically calmed the girl down and told her he has feelings for her etc. they both basically confessed to each other but the girl said she doesn’t want a relationship. So the guy ask her if she’s been heart broken? She said yeah and brings her I guess ex uo. Ever since then things have been going downhill. Last week she told him something and he said he should leave and she told him no I like you. Then this week she texted him saying they should stop talking because she’s feels like she’s leading him on. They aren’t flirting or anything anymore. But she basically told him she’s wanted to cut him off but he keeps giving her reasons not too. So basically it’s hard for her to cut him off.

This girl I’ve been talking to for two months texted me two days ago that she’s tried to cut me off but I keep giving her reasons not too. If she really wanted to cut me off I think she’d just do it without telling me. We both confessed to each other and what not just two weeks ago. But she didn’t want a relationship.
