Someone asked me this question once regarding the Trayvon Martin case, and it's a pretty sensible question. It bypasses the media frenzy, ABC and NBC's revisionist narratives, the White House agenda, the State Attorney office's tampering with evidence in the case, everything. It boils everything down to a basic question that the jury considered when it reached it's verdict:

If anyone, black or otherwise, came out of the bushes and smashed his fists into the back of your head, started pounding your face into the pavement, and made it clear he was reaching for your gun, painfully eyesore obvious that he had murder in his heart aimed directly at you, and you had a gun, and one chance to save your own life from a merciless attacker, would you seize your one and only chance to save your own life?

If not, you'd be a fool, and you'd be dead. Because your unwillingness to use deadly force has clearly not stopped him from plotting murder. Plus, he could use your gun to commit more murders - in your name. You will not only have failed to save yourself, but will have endangered hundreds of others with your reckless and irresponsible pacifism.

If you ARE willing to use deadly force, then would you not be hypocritical to continue attacking George Zimmerman for doing the same?

Race is irrelevant. What the dispatcher said is irrelevant. If you had one shot to save your own life, would you take it? Yes or no?

And how many lives will you have saved by ridding the world of a man who clearly had murder in his heart; especially knowing that such men never stop at one?

Basically the article talks about a lady that accidentally transferred money into a strangers account over the time of 2 years. It accumulated to about 40 thousand dollars. The stranger that received the money refuses to return it. The bank cannot release information on the person.

Now in my opinion the lady was reckless with the money and is her loss.

I don't fault the guy/girl for not giving it back. I think the lady should have been more careful

This world is not about lollipop, roses and unicorns.

Now if the guy/girl wants to give it back I think that's fine but I don't think the person should feel "bad" for not.
