I saw this article about it and the people kicking off about how pets are unhygienic and they wouldn’t even have them in the house annoyed me.

Personally I sleep with my cat, I mean come on, he’s adorable.
He sleeps at the end of my bed and purrs, and he’s an extremely clean cat. He’s borderline needing medication for how obsessed he is. He rips his tummy hair out from over grooming and gets lip sores. If he gets overly dirty I give him a bath (which he’s fine with).

if I locked him out he would learn how to take the door off the hinges! (He does run at it headfirst and gives himself concussion). It’s safer to let him!

So so what about you? Do you let your pet sleep with you?

I have been talking to him for a few days and we met online. He is a few years older than me. We seem to have a lot in common. He was looking for a relationship as well and said something along the lines like "he won't know if its long term or short term" We have been flirting a lot, sending snaps to each other. We exchanged numbers. We have been talking everyday and he would text me at work. He said he is starting to really like me and said I get his emotion side out real quick. He doesn't want me to hide any emotions from him.

I told him I smile everytime I get a text from him and sent him a gif of someone smiling. He said he does the same thing. Just things like that. He wanted to meet me like the end of the week and I said I wanted to talk for a bit before meeting you and he said he understands that. He said if there's anything we talk about that is uncomfortable with you to just let him know. He said he rather get to know someone in person than on text. We might be meeting next week. He said he drinks and he said something along the lines of "I hope I don't get a sore throat from drinking or something" Then I teased him saying he better not. Then he said "He wants to bring his A game for when we meet each other"

Im having up and down days. My granny passed away in September and she basically raised me. She died just 3 weeks before her birthday.

I just miss her so much most days. I feel like a massive chunk of my heart has been ripped out. Other days I just feel totally blank, or I get angry quickly and lash out. I sometimes feel like I hate everything too, then I'll cry a sore cry - those are the worst days.

And other days I'm ok. Other days I'm happy, but then it just hits me out of nowhere. I really loved my gran, she was such a massive part of my life, I just wonder when the pain of losing her will be less.

I think perhaps being the last to see her just hours before she died, and being the first to find her in the morning has added to how I've handled her death. Because I would have loved to have been there holding her hand at the time.
