a while back in my native country I've heard a few men bitching and whining about their sons being artistic and not showing any interests in sports and other so called masculine activities. I actually found this kinda amusing because never in my life I would ever thought I hear anyone consider being artistic a feminine trait.

I mean I myself have being artistic all of my life and I'm very surprised nobody has called me feminine or homophobic slurs while growing up all because of that. on the contrary i always thought being artistic was a masculine trait for the fact that almost all the famous painters and sculturers in history are males. such as Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Vincent van Gogh, Rembrandt, Pablo Picasso, etc.

of course I would never say there were never any good female artists in history but so far the only artist who was a female that I know who stood out like the rest has always been Frida Kahlo. and lots of women themselves throughout history have always been afraid to pick up a hammer and a chisel because that has always been a man's job from their view.

till then would you consider being artistic a feminine trait?
