Search Results: text instead of phone

So every guy I talked to says I expect too much and I'm needy.
I've changed the needy part by not being so fixated on guys. I do my own thing.
I go out more.. I volunteer.. I don't text as much. I'd rather talk on the phone. I take up hobbies I enjoy.
I go shopping.. I just do things I like now.

So my most recent guy I dated says I expect too much. Same as any other guy I talked to.
He said I expected too much because I wanted to talk on the phone sometimes instead of text.
He would ONLY text me... that's it. He texted me all day.. everyday. So when I would ask him lets chat over the phone. he would say he's lazy or he's at a friends home.
Whenever I do get him on the phone because I take initiative.. it only lasts for 5 minutes and he gets off the phone. I asked him prior if he likes talking on the phone or texting.. he says he likes talking on the phone.
So when I told him I felt unwanted because of it he says I expect too much and I need to back up.

I only want to talk at least twice a week... not an all day phone call. Just a 12-20 minute call at the end of our night instead of texting all day. I at least wanted to see him once a week because I enjoyed his company... he says it's too much. Am I too much?
