Before, she was always shy around me, only me. She kept stealing looks at me and looking away immediately when I caught her. She'd never be able to look me in the eye when we talk, but has tried a few times getting my attention.

Now, I gave her a note which expressed my feelings towards her. She hasn't approached me at all about it. She ducked down a whispered something to her friend when I walked in the first day after the note, and whispered my name once when her friend asked who came in the previous day. She has still glanced at me however, and I believe tried getting my attention once. She has made it much more obvious that she's looking in my direction now, and even initiated and held eye contact with me once for a long time when she could've very easily avoided me, she's never done this before. She won't approach me, but she isn't avoiding me, why?
