Why does my voice get high pitched and quiet around beautiful girls?

Today I was at Raising Cane's and I was going to refill my drink and this beautiful girl was going to refill her drink too. Being a nice person, I said "go ahead" but it came out sounding high pitched and quiet and my voice is loud and deep. It was pretty awkward. This happens everytime I speak to a beautiful girl. I'm getting better at speaking to girls, but I'm still shy af around them.

My voice is high-pitched and when I talk to guys it gets higher (no matter if one is attractive or not).
I noticed that boys lower their voice to sound deeper when they talk to their crush 😶
