Yes it can be very annoying, specially when arguing. The more high pitched & squeeky her voice is the less intimate it sounds & the futher away others will hear it & listen in. But if the guy really likes the girl he won't care or hear it as high pitched. He may even find it more attracting until the argument happens, which they will, & how loud & stubborn she gets when angry.
A lady knows how to comport herself & guys if she is silent or gets really quiet, whispering almost, RUN FOR THE FLOWER SHOP & BUY HER SOME CANDY OR "KISS YOUR ASS GOODBYE."

Sometimes it’s teally annoying. inremember my ex kept making comments about how my voice changer do low pitched when I talked to hi’s dog. Maybe it annoyed him. Maybe it’s the reason he dumped my ass for the Ugly girl he’s dating now

It really depends, there are annoying male voices, but I have no examples. Look at comedian Michelle wolf, she has a crazy high voice, but is a professional comedian with her own show now
