So the majority of my boyfriends friends come from his last relationship and that has been his reasoning for trying to stay cordial with the ex because of being in the same circle. It seems they can't be friends tho based on various reasons which I can't get into and it has been affecting our relationship. The other night I was hammered and my friend took his phone and I saw they have been texting eachother, but he had deleted everything prior to that day. There wasn't anything bad, but I felt like if she was fully aware of the extent of me she wouldn't be randomly texting him after midnight. Drunk me says something along the lines of I have had a girlfriend for 4 months and I need you to be aware of that because she is important to me. In the 20 seconds I had the phone I did not receive a response. The next day I was worried I said something rude and wrote her a message on fbook saying hey that was me sorry blah blah why can't everyone just be friends. She wrote back saying that she was completely unaware of me and that she doesn't think he even has feelings for me blah blah. So I showed him and he said o she is just trying to stir stuff up. She is aware of me because I have run into her when I have been with him and I hang out with her friends. Now I do think he could have down played me to her or others which bothers me, but what do I do now? Do I respond? Does any of me believe her? Thoughts...
