so i really like this guy. tried dating freshmen year but i had zero free time bc of competitions plus studying. i felt bad and i think he didn't believe me and thought i was jut blowing him off. i didn't really try to convince im bc when someone is set on not believing you its futile. we had hard distance for several months. now that im no longer in competitions i tend to be around my friends more, even if its just studying. after a while i relaxed he's around more and more in the back ground. now we are talking together and almost hung out alone a few times. ( we have both asked each other to hang pt at bad times... doesn't help with confusion)

i AM interested in getting back together but i had this idea wed just go really slo as friend and see where it goes. so hed have time to trust me. BUT i dont think its going it work unless i say something. i think we hit this weird plateau where neither of us really are sure whats up.

we are not strangers so its not like im just asking some random dude in a date. and being friends desiring him as more is getting weird and he's started to act frustrated... i do want to go slow but i suppose we can be together and go slow.

do you think hed know by now if he wanted to be with me. should i ask if he does or just continue being friends and explain all of this?

My husband and I both five days a week with the occasional weekend, we both make six figures on our own, but he has an 11+ hour office day where as I where as I have 9 hours and can work from home twice a week.
I was raised with help it's no big deal if you can afford it but my husband wasn't and doesn't believe it's a necessity when I am home longer than him.
He pays the rent, I pay utilities and insurance I also furnished the apartment and cook every day including a separate lunch because he favors home cooked meals, I do the laundry myself when I can or drop it off at a service when I can't and clean the whole apartment (six rooms) except for his mancave.
My husband's man cave is basically the room where he keeps his systems watches sports smokes and what ever else he does in there I personally would avoid it all together but he keeps all of his everyday wear in the man cave and his work attire in our bedroom and since he doesn't like having to look for things his clothes at times end up on the floor along with candy wrappers ashes from the air-conditioning blowing is cigarette ash around and other things (Basically it's like a teens room).
Don't get me wrong he's not lazy just messy once in a blue he will his own dish or even cook but he can go for months not cleaning that room the longest being six months so today I left his Landry at the door of the room and when asked why didn't I put them away I answered "That room is disgusting and I'm not going in there anymore" to which he answered "Then why didn't you clean it, it's your day off if it bothers you clean it" which is when a whole argument began so the question is ladies and gents should I clean the room?

I met a rather shy seeming guy online. After several months of talking we finally met and I thought the date went quite well. We went to dinner, stayed talking for a while after dinner, and then and walk around downtown.
He began to talk to me much more and was blowing my phone up, but didn't mention meeting up again for about a week and a half. Since it took so long the first time he askd me out, I asked him if he was free the following weekend thinking it may take the pressure off and might be easier due to his shyness. He told me he would have to get back to me once he saw what his plans were. I waited a week and he didn't mention it again. I let him know since I didn't hear back from him let's just plan something for the next weekend since I was feeling sick (stomach bug). He said that sounded good and same thing nothing mentioned for a week.
I asked him what he was planning on as I needed to know so I could plan. He told me he had something come up and he was busy (he's quite active on social media so he's got time for that). I told him as it seemed we were having issues with getting together to let me know when he was free and we could work something out. Since then he hasn't replied to any texts (we texted daily for two months and I just asked him how his day was going) in about four days. I'm just confused as to why he would act like he was interested and wanted to see me, but has gone MIA?
