So, there's this dude I used to have a crush on for awhile. He would always tease me and we acted so childish around each other. We'd always brush against each other, and many other things that made me think he may like me back. So, even though I heard he doesn't really date that much, I still confessed to him just so I could get that straight and move on if I needed to.

He told me that he thought I was pretty cool and everything, but he just likes being single and hopes that we'll still act the same around each other and be friends. Since then, things have continued just as they were, and we're still good friends. But, I've noticed that he's started to playfully tease me again. Perhaps it's just a part of his personality, but I don't know.

For instance, today I walked into my last class and he's sitting at my seat (bc he has that class before me). I set my backpack on the floor next to the desk and my crush just looks at me, gets up, sighs and says, "(My name)..." as if I did something really stupid. 😂 He does that all the time and I know he's playing with me. And he's started brushing his knee against mine more "accidentally" at lunch and his friends keep changing the subject to love and romance and sexual stuff. Like, why all of the sudden?

Is it just coincidence? Should I just forget about it? Why is he doing this to me if he just likes being single?

My ex whom I dated on and off for 10 years has been living with his girlfriend for 3 years, and there's always been these stupid rules about when I can call and when I can't so she doesn't know. So my ex accidently forgot to close his messenger app when he was home with her a couple times and she freaked out about it, and now told him he has to completely block my number and also on fb etc , ie no contact whatsoever.

She even texted me to ask me why I was calling him and if he had called me, to which I did not respond both times.

Personally I'm just disappointed he would actually let any girl boss him around like that. He wasn't for lack of a better word, a p*ssy, like that when we dated. And I would've never told him what to do anyway because I know it's a fruitless effort to try and control people.

Sorry, that's not the point though. Is it just me or is that a bit nutty and extreme?

It's not like she caught us in bed or overheard him say he'd meet me at the hotel or something.
