So this guy hangs always with this one girl (with her in group or they are alone) for past 3 months of college. She meet his good friend from my college (she hugs and is really happy when she seed him) and have one on fb from his high school. Some people from their group of friend think that there's maybe sth between them.

I meet that guy in one group before college and i saw him there 2-3 times in period of 3 months. He was really talkative, bit show of (he liked attention i guess). I didn't think that he even noticed me till next time. He would stare and look at me and we locked eyes few times, we flirted.
After 3 months started college, we are on different ones but in same building. He always notice me, looks and stares at me, become quiet when im close even with his friends, and when i move he become talkative.
If he couldn't see me he would move to place he could. We would act sometimes really silly, like he doesn't even notice it. He looks at me and acts stiff even around that girl when im around. With her his normal. When he saw me with his good friend he was walking with that girl through my college and had perfect timing and he couldn't do it unless he knew that we would go there and with that timing.
He's been acting like this for 4-5 months now. This when he started to hang put with her more didn't change he acts around me.

What's going on? Why is he acting like that? Are they just friend or what?

We got on different colleges bit we see each pther 1-2 a week. He always seems to notice me, even when my friends don't, he looks and stares at me and we lock eyes but don't talk.
Whe he saw me with his good friend from my group, 2 days later he was passing through my college.
Sometimes, when he couldn't see me he would move from group or place he stands to see me, even if he's obvious. When im near him he's quiet and like stiff and don't talk much or at all even if he's with his friends. Sometines he would be obvipus about looking and sometimes (i guess he notice what he did) he would quickly look away.
That's been for 5 months now how he acts.

But there's one girl who is always with his for past 2-3 months. One friend of his and her told that they all use to but those to moved from group a bit. They hang more along then with that group. She even meet his good friend from my college and his friend from highschool. Some people who know them think that there's may be posibillity that's sth between them.

But even when he's with her he looks in me, become quiet, never do sth like huged her or sth elso infront of me. He never change the way he acts around me even when he's with her.

Whe he was with her and she went to elevator and he noticed me with his good friend. He didn't went to elevator with her he started to lurk (cause i had beg infront of me) and he walked to side and us. He smiled and wanted to came to us, but good friend told him to go.

There's passed her birthday and valentines day and she's still single and he is..

Why doesn't he tell sth to his friend who is in my group and try something, and not just like that? His good friend have my number and he could het it from him.. but he didn't i guess

When i got up with cigarette in my hand he turned to me and ask me where im going. He continued to talk when i got back there. I saw him again 3 months later. I was inside and he outside but he was standing so he could see me. We few times locked eyes and he started to go inside-out, asking for cookies, coughing... When i got out we locked eyes and he turned torwards me. Ipassed him, he said bye and looked at me leaving and i said it back.

Well, after that he didn't know anything about me.4motnhs later we got on different colleges but in same buildings. We were going for 5 months now in college, see him 1-2 a week. He would always notices me, looks and stares at me and we would lock eyes. We don't talk still. He didn't know anything about me until he saw me with his good friend who is in my group on college.

There is this boy. When I have been drunk and at his place, he has gotten me glasses of water, given me his clothes to wear as pjs, had me go to bed when I get too crazy. We have class together, and he always tries to talk to me and engage me in conversation. He has walked with me to the library to study, and even when my earbuds were in, asked for my help with a subject I know he is good at. One time, he randomly showed up at the gym next to the game room at our dorms. As he said hello to his friend, he suddenly turned back around and pointedly said "hello, ____" and didn't say hi to anyone else. I didn't say hello back. Later on, my very pretty friend introduced herself to him as we were walking, and after he casually spoke to her for about 10 seconds, he turned around and immediately asked if I had heard him say hello. I said yes, and he asked why I hadn't said hello back, and I sorta joking but bitchily replied I hadn't wanted to. He told his friends that he was hurt about the whole thing, and I was subsequently chewed out by 2 different friends on 2 different occasions. I later apologized, and he has seem mulllified. His best friend always tells me stories and talks about him, and teases me about having a thing for him (which i mean i do but thats irrelevant). The other day in class, he had a very special pen that is amazing for pen art. I said so, he picked it up looked at me and then handed it to me, saying I could keep it. I can't tell if he likes me or if he is just being friendly. I always act like a weirdo around him, either super bitchy or hyper and I don't want to be but I can't seem to control it! Help please, and advice on what to do from here on out.
