Okay so lets start from the beginning. So my ex girlfriend (25) and I (23) have been trying to work things out for about 4 months now. I broke up with her prior to us working on a relationship. The problem now is that she has begun to go cold when it comes to talking. she's a teacher at an elementary school and had a hellish week prior to the winter break and has kind of shunned me a bit during that week. Understandable since it was a hellish week for her. But we've been having issues and haven't had a real talk about solving them. I asked her if she actually wants to keep working on our relationship and if not just let me know so we can go our separate ways. She responded positively about this and said "We definitely need to talk, and I'd like to" as in she still wants to work this out. After that cold turkey. I've already texted her twice too many times and have decided to go cold turkey as well since there's nothing I can do. She has been texting my friend constantly which is why I know she's ignoring me. I do like her a lot and I've already dealt with a similar, more intense situation like this before, so the knowledge of my previous history is telling me to move on. Any advice on this issue would be gladly appreciated.
