For about a month and a half I've been experiencing symptoms of depression. At first I had somewhat of mild depression which isn't bad and doesn't require a professional. But now since then it's been hell. Also, the only thing I take medication for is my ADD and I only take it on school days or I'm going somewhere I need to pay attention. The symptoms I've been experiencing are these.

Prolonged sadness - I experience it most of the time throughout the day.

Significant changes in appetite and sleep patterns - I experience it most of the time throughout the day.

Mainly apathy and a lack of emotions in general. - I experience it most of the time throughout the day.

Inability to take pleasure in former interests, social withdrawal - I experience it most of the time throughout the day.

Loss of energy, persistent lethargy - I experience it most of the time throughout the day.

Unexplained aches and pains - I experience it most of the time throughout the day.

Feelings of guilt, worthlessness - I experience it mainly half of the time throughout the day.

Inability to concentrate, indecisiveness - I experience it mainly half of the time throughout the day.

Recurring thoughts of death or suicide - I don't experience this all the time, I'll probably think it about it around four times a day.
