So i meet guy in one group year ago and he didn't know anything about me.

So after not seeing him we saw each other on college. Same building- different colleges.
We've never really talked.

He always seems to notice and often looks in my direction and few times we locked eyes but he never said hi or anything. He just looks and few times acted pretty weird.
-once i was next to his table and he was quiet, and when i moved he seemed relaxed and he was talaktive
-i was passing him and his friends and he looked at me and friend (it was obvious) and when i was near them they were all quiet
-he moved few meters to see me leaving college
-i looked in group where he was and he moved and looked in my direction
-i was with his good friend and he noticed us and left his friend and started to walk to us and side like he lurks (i'd beg infront of me) but friend told him to go.. said bye with weird voice
-2 days later i meet him on my part of college in perfect timing-we locked eyes
-i was table next to his friend and he came and talked a bit and sit next to me. He turned me back but he was lightly touching me; was quiet and listened when i talked.. we also before we went lock eyes
-i was walking with friends and he stood next to stairs and looked in our direction. We passed him (didn't use stairs) and he in that moment started to walk on stairs and didn't look again. I taught that he waits friends but he didn't
-i was outside and he passed and looked and after few second he get inside looked again
-today i was on other side outside college and he looked few times in our direction again

It's been going like this for 6 months but he didn't do anything to think that he wants something.. help please.. im confused what this guy wants
And why his good friend doesn't know anything

So i meet guy 6 months before college in one group. He seemed talkative and confident guy than and i found him cute so i flirted with him a bit.

But i've never told him my name or anything about me. He only knew that i want same college as he.
So i didn't got in and he did but i got on college that is in same building as his.

So i see that guy maybe 1-2 a week, depends on day.
But i think this guy every time he sees me looks in me and stare at me and sometimes even act weird. He becomes quiet when im close to him.
-when he 1st saw me, my 10-15 friends didn't but he did noticed me
-i got out of college and walking home. he was infront of it and when i turend he moved few meters from place he was standing and he staredin my way
-when i was next to his table he was quiet, when i moved he becomed talkative and turned torwards me. when he couldn't see me his friend was looking at me
-when i was with his good friend he was passing with friend and they went to elevator. He noticed us and i'd beg infront of me and he was like lurking and walking to side and us but friend told him to go. he waved, smiled and said bye with weird voice
- 2 days later he was walking through my college and he never done that before (he find out that im going on came college as his good friend)
- i was table next to his good friend in bar and he came with friend. He was talkative about project and than sit next to me? He turned me back but lightly touching me and listened what i talked. He also was quiet. They got up to go and i got up to order and he stood there so i needed to pass next to him-locked eyes.
-he passed next to me putside and went to basement of college. Me and friend was walking to class and he from basement. He stood next to stairs who lead to next floor on left side and looked in our direction. I taught that he waits for friend. We passed next to stairs and he in that moment started to walking on them and on half way looked at phone. Weird?

He's not acting like other torwards me. He seems to mostly always notice me, looks and stare at me and lock eyes with me.
I've notice that he becomes quiet around me and acts different then when im far away, like he's stiff and shy.
-when i was next to his table, he didn't talked, only looked at his friend. when i moved away, he turned torwards me and he was talkative. Before he left he like scaned the room

-once he was infront of college with friend. I passed them and walked home. When i turned he was looking at me and he moved few meters from place he was standing at first
-he was in group infront of college and i went out and i looked in that group. He moved from them few steps and looked in my direction
