Some dating standards are just beyond me. I don't care about name calling when one does not date but browsing GAG i find some unacceptable dating standards, that just make me smile to be single. Or turn me towards MGTOW.

Although deep down I know not all members of the opposite sex share the same (ludicrous) standards, however at least a visible majority of these standards are just not something, that I can deal with.

I remember someone saying, that relationships are about what you can give and not about what you can take. What if you can't give anything, does that mean you ought to stay single and just not even bother dating at all even if you are working on bettering yourself and you're in the middle of your 20s? Then people genuinely get shocked or shame you on why you're a virgin, who never had a relationship at that point in life.

I mean I don't really care about this but the logic behind it makes me scratch my head figuratively.

Perhaps self respect plays a significant role today as opposed to entitlements. Perhaps now more than ever before.

So I met a girl online in the past. She was going through some stuff so I offered her a chat if she wanted. She didn't texted me to chat and after a lot time out of nowhere, she called and texted. I got worried and texted her back on normal messaging app and WhatsApp Messenger. She didn't replied. After a few days, I asked why the fuck did you called if you didn't want to talk. She said she wants to talk but doesn't have time to. I mean wtf. After this, she never texted me and I deleted her number. Today, she called me on my other number saying I had texted her and I was like who tf is she? Then I searched her number and her name popped up and I remembered that I have two Sims and one is for calling and normal messaging only so the text message I sent her was sent through the other sim and not the whatsapp number. Now I have told her to not call me again but at the same time I want to text her and tell her that it's my other number.

P. S. She's older and I am not interested in dating her, nor was I before. I just wanted to help because I feel talking helps. Now I am confused as I think she is not worth my help but I don't know if I am right or wrong!
