Last year I dated a girl 2 years older than I am. I am fairly attractive, kind of nerdy looking and very shy. She is very attractive and outgoing. There were a lot of guys pursuing her while we were dating.
While we going out, she always mentioned how she preferred much older men than her.
We are both mid 20s and she prefers men at least mid 30s. She seemed nice and not materialistic but at the same time she's only been together with much older and richer men such as CEOs and such in the past. She explicitly stated that she expects her boyfriends to initiate everything (calls, texts, setting up dates; kissing and even buying gifts. She will not move a finger unless you initiate it. She believes it is normal. She never texted or called me and never showed much affection towards me yet claimed that she liked me a lot and that the right to kiss and touch her was exclusive to me.
While I felt unwanted while dating, I still kept trying to make it work. At some point I called her out on not showing interest and she changed her attitude and it was ok for some time.
At some point her interest towards me almost disappeared. At some point she told me that she is tired of partying and needs a husband with a stable job and who wants to start a family. She also stated that the man needs to be as intelligent as she is (she is a doctoral student). Upon asking about money, she claims that she is ready to live in mediocre circumstances and that the guy does not need to be rich as long as he is caring.
After 1.5 months of dating she dumped me for a much older and richer man who is a somewhat famous DJ and a real estate company CEO. Within a month of dating she is hinting on marriage. She has met his parents already and I believe she has moved in with him already at this penthouse.
While claiming not to like partying, their photos show parties at glamorous lounges. She also became less serious about her studies.
Is she a gold-digger and I dodged a bullet or am I just jealous?

Is anyone else finding that recent changes are making this mobile site practically unusable?

I now count 8 featured takes and questions stuck in the feed. With the recent change to make featured questions include preview text and featured takes include preview pictures, these entries are consuming a huge amount of screen real estate.

Yet there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason for them to be in my feed. One of the takes, for example, is 6 days old, and has only received one comment which is 4 days old. Clearly nobody is interested in this take, but it's pushing new activity off bottom of the feed.

The fact that the features are spaced throughout the feed makes it even more confusing, as there is activity happening in gaps between static content. The result is that when the feed updates, it's more difficult to track the items as they move down the feed because they have the appearance of moving at different speeds down the feed depending on their position relative to the featured items.
