should the government look into raising the minimum age. at least for anyone born 2020 and after. or do they need to rework it so you can only claim. what you and/or your marital partner put into to yourself.

plus the many people who can't work or refuse to work. from injuries or health issues are also taking money from social security. which is causing it to dry up much faster.

currently you can get what you or your marital partner. put into it if you where married 10+ years. which I believe they need to raise that number to 20 or 30 years married and lived together.

because some people get divorced after 10 years and claim. their former marital partners social security benefits. while also collecting or waiting to collect their own benefits as well.
