I work with this girl, and I've known her for 8 months. its really hard to tell if she likes me or just sees me as a friend. I've done so much to make sure i dont end up in the friend zone, I've told her how beautiful i think she is. i touch her when i can, not in a poking, playing way, but more in a sensual kind of touch her cheek if a hair in the way kind of a way. she doesn't really seem to mine when i do that either. my issue is she keeps throwing this hot and cold weeks at me. i would just tell her how i feel but i haven't had good luck in that field in the past other girls plus with us working together if she denies me, that would be awkward all around. plus i lose a friend and activities i would go to, but can't because it would be awkward now.
what should i do? im pretty sure she knows how i feel like 98% and she still hangs with me. well not much in the past 2 weeks with school and work and all plus her sick. plus she's been acting weird around me, she seems happy around other people but when i come around she seems miserable. i ask she says its nothing. hope she isn't made cause i cancelled our last hang out plan, but she bailed on me a couple days before. when we are together we have fun, even when she is using her phone as a mirror, or r
We hang out sometimes alone and i asked her to hang out again, the day she was acting weird and she hesitated (she never did that before when i asked her) told her she didn't have to if she didn't want to. But she just said she was busy that day with more detail why, said i was welcome to come hang out with our mutual friends another day. told her i wanted to hang out with her, and she said she cant, so i just said another time and she said yes. What should i do? keep trying or back off?
things are different she doesn't text me really anymore or snapchat me, but at the same time i dont really do it to her either, out of fear. its been like this the past two weeks what do i do?
i like her how do i get her?

Everything was great until a week ago, like this:
"We've hung out twice, the first time we were in her truck & just chatted for a few hours, the next time around, 2 weeks later, she was over my house for 6 and a half hours & we were alone for about half of it. Between those she asked if I wanted food she liked from her graduation party & dropped by my house to give me food & say hey quickly before running errands. The second time hanging out was different, I got the vibe she liked me. She is the kind of person who looks everyone in the eye, but at times when I'm not looking & I turn back I SWEAR she was looking at me, she looks into my eyes longer, & one time she said made a comment as we locked eyes & I replied, she looked away, smiled profusely, blushed, & curled her hair over her ear on the other side of her face. Her hugs went from the friend-butt-back hug to whole waist-up chest-touching hugs, she initiated our last goodbye hug. Our late night conversations get more personal the longer it goes. She replies with 30-40 texts a day on average. We routinely text late into 2-4am."

Last week she started a new job so we started talking less. But last Saturday (not this one) we managed to have another good ole' late night conversation. I asked twice to hang out but she was super busy (& she was being honest) After that she didn't get back for 2 days before I said "I know I've been acting weird, but you have too, I just want an honest answer" She said "I haven't been trying to ignore you" Throughout the past 2 weeks I made a point that I need to tell her something when I see her. Before I had to go on a 3-day trip where I wouldn't be on my phone I left her a voicemail about how I feel. I said I wanted her to have time to think until i got back from the trip.

She got back 2 days later saying "I'm sorry, I don't do relationships, it's not one of those stop talking things, I have so much to do, and I'll have to come by to pick up my tupperware container"

This past week though I had football camp and she got a job so we haven't been able to talk much. Out of the 9 days we didn't get to talk at all for 3 of them but 3 days we did talk like normal (late into the night) I told her "I've been acting weird, but you have been to, and I just want an honest answer" she said "I haven't been trying to ignore or avoid you, I am just going through a busy stretch :/" I had college football camp though so I had to end conversations at midnight so I think it's just a busy stretch. I left a voicemail explaining why I acted a little too clingy and weird and apologized for it, I told her how I felt, and to let me know when I get back in 3 days. So she has 3 days to make up her mind, last time I saw her I gave her an origami gift that's sitting on her bed stool, so she'll see it everyday, she loves it. Will she miss me?
