Search Results: ex asked me for money

i was with this guy for 3 years. we broke up a year ago. our break up was bad. i broke up with him and he stalked me for a month after. i tried texting him a few weeks ago asking how he was and he told me where he worked now and asked how i was. i replied and told him my friend works there too and he read my message and ignored. 3 days ago i really needed a ride to a familys house i got kicked out of my home. nobody would help. he has always been there for me, so i texted him and asked him and i said i would pay him. he said he would he just got home from work and to let him know when to come. he came and told me he didn't need money because he knows i would do the same for him. the car ride he was trying to talk to me asking what was wrong i just gave him so so answers i was upset. he also asked if the last time we texted if he ignored me or i ignored him, i told him he ignored me he apologized and said he always forgets to hit send he didn't mean to. we talked about old times. he asked why i was so fidgity. he said "are you okay are you cold hot nervous, whats wrong" i made a joke about how my friend got "kidnapped" the other day which was a true story, and my ex replied well then screw this ill kidnap you lol he was kidding thought. he said goodbye as i got out of his car, i got my bags and said thank you. then when i got in i texted him and said i couldnt thank him enough and he made my night, he replied no problem goodnight emily and thats it... its a few days later and he hasn't said anything.. now what? i want this guy back.. do you think he's interested too or just being nice? what do i do now?
