Me and this guy have been friends since we were 6. Our Dads are bestfriends and we grew up together. We hung out at all kinds of family functions and events. Vacations together. We went to school from middle to high school together. We were besties but we had a close family like relationship. I've even called his dad uncle.
We didn't really hang out or talk often after high school. But 6 years later we started talking more. He got lunch one day and have been talking everyday since.
I went to his house and we played video games (something we did as kids). We talked and watched movies all night. During our talk, sex and bodies came up. We then said that we didn't see each other in a sexual way or attraction until recently. We laughed because it is a conversation that we NEVER expected to have. Later in the night he asked "I'm not saying we should or that we have to, but do you think it'd be weird if we hooked up? " we both said we weren't sure. He said he didn't think it would be but didn't want to have things awkward later. He also had a breakup a few months ago. We concluded that it wouldn't be awkward but we'd leave it at that, a hook up... if it did happen. I came over a few days later. We did the same thing. Movies and games. But this time he let me rest my legs over his lap and he rubbed my legs while we watched tv (not sexual)
We talked about wanting to hook up but still were unsure. Before bed we talked and said we really wanted to give it a shot. We laughed because we weren't sure where to begin and if it would be strange.
We hooked up.
He still texts me everyday and apologizes if he responds late. We are hanging out later so I don't know how to known how he feels.
Would he still text me everyday (nothing sexual) if he wasn't interested?

I met my best friend in high school 2 years ago and I've liked him ever since we first met. A conversation we were having compelled us to confess to one another the way we USED to feel about each other back in high school. Problem with that is I lied to him and told him that those feelings were in the past (definitely not). He has no idea that those feelings still very much exist! I can get him off my mind, daydream about us just laughing so hard, him just pulling me close and kissing me out of nowhere. I also have these fantasies (that are just FULL of SCORCHING HOT passion) about him day and night. I'm afraid that one day if we're hanging out, I might lose all self-control. Another problem is that I don't know if he feels that way about me (I doubt he does), afraid that if I tell him the truth or make a move, he might reject me and my feelings will be at an all time low. That's not even the half of it. I think that I might love him in more ways than one!! He's my BEST FRIEND and even though I have feelings for him, we have an AMAZING friendship. We live in two different states and he's coming to visit soon. I don't know what I should say or do. I want him but I am terribly afraid of rejection (come on, let's get real. Rejection SUCKS!) . I want to tell him how I feel but we all know certain things are easier said than done. I'm panicking. Help!
