I'm in my early teens, just moved to this island 3 months ago, I was crushing on this guy since I first got here and he asked me out a week and three days ago. Everything has been going great, technically I'm not allowed to date but my Mom and her husband are bending a bit, so our families have to meet and everything before we hangout. On Friday, our entire grade went to the beach for an end-of-year celebration. I don't feel as though I was too attatched, but I know that I can be at times. I don't want to be, he isn't the type to be clingy (he is actually a bit of a loner). We spent most of our time there together, but sometimes we seperated, I leaned on him for the first time, we held hands (but it was initiated to stop him from splitting poles while walking on the way back to school, he likes to mess with me) everyone says we looked really cute together, there were sexual jokes made, etc. When it was time to leave school we walked to the busses and before we split to go on our busses (he lives on-base futher down the island) I gestured for a hug and I said "You don't like hugs?" he replied "No *smile* I hate hugs!" and I said "Well it's *me*" and he gave me one. I then asked if he wanted to pull an all-nighter on Gmail, he wasn't on when I went to sleep, like we did last weekend, he said "Yeah, if I can". Then we got on our busses and went home. He seem bothered by anything really, but he wasn't on Gmail at all until this morning (i woke up at 4 a.m.) and he didn't say anything to me before he logged off at like 7:40. Although, he was idle for almost the whole time. If you haven't guessed by now: I tend to overthink things. Comment, and let me know if you need more info.
