The guy I like has been making it seem as if he likes me, but he's also been making it seem like he's jealous cause whenever he's with this one girl (they're just friends) and I'm around, they'll hug each other or do something like that and then they'll look at me? Also, my bio on instagram was some song lyrics which were "Everybody knows that I want ya, if you want me, baby, show me" and one of my crushes friends (a girl) posted a screenshot on instagram, tagged my crush and then told him to show me. My crush replied in the comments with "Ha. Ha." and then she told him to show me and so did the girl that he hugs but then that girl deleted her comment a couple of hours later. Today at school, I was on the court kicking soccer balls with my friends and he was sitting near us with the girl that he hugs, another girl and his brother and they kept staring at my friends and I. Then, when I was walking past his class, he was with the girl he hugs and his brother and he was like "Hi *my name*!" And I waved and then he asked me if I liked his profile picture on facebook and I said it was great and his brother said something but I didn't hear it. After that, I walked into his classroom with my friend and he was sitting near the door with his 2 friends and then when my friend and I were walking out, one of his friends said hi to me (one of the ones he was sitting with) and then I heard the other guy he was sitting with ask my crush what happened to my hand (I hurt it). Does he like me or is he just joking around?

A few days ago I messaged the guy I like and he asked if I like him and I said I did. He asked me why, and I told him why I like him. When we saw each other after that day, he was hanging around this girl and it seemed like they were dating (maybe making me jealous) and he said hi to me and stuff while he was with her and I asked him if they were dating cause I really just wanted him to be honest and he asked why it concerns me then I told him and then asked why I wanna know and then I told him why. After I asked him that, he stopped talking to me and kinda just backed off. Stopped saying hi and stopped saying bye so when that happened, I assumed he was annoyed at me (or maybe he was uncomfortable about me asking cause he likes me?). Yesterday was the first time he bothered saying hi to me after that happened. He said hi on messenger, and like any other person would do, I said hey back. He read that message and didn't reply and still hasn't replied but he has been on a few times after he sent that message. Have I done something wrong to annoy him? Was it wrong for me to be straightforward and ask? Does he like me? My friend and I thought that he was dared to message me or he's playing hard to get... but I don't really know about him. Any advice? What do you reckon?

If you were dealing with a girl for a long time (as in several months of: hooking up, hanging out, fwb) and never making it official because 1) you're not sure if she's the best you can get, 2) whatever other reason, and then one day when you reach out again she tells you she has a boyfriend now, would that make you more "jealous" or make her seem more attractive?

So I met this girl who is very forward and gets a lot of attention. i get attention too but I'm not as forward. So this guy seems to like me a lot. He used to stare in my eyes, check me out a lot, and be really chilvarous. He got jealous of guys i was checking out. I was shy so I didn't show any emotion. He ignored me for a while, but he lavished attention on everyone else. I only saw him once a week, sometimes once or twice a month. Our group went on a trip and he had to speak to me and he kept stammering and wasn't making much sense. That night he wished me a good night, and the next day he sat at my table right after a guy sat next to me. But when I say she was checking him out she was like, eye effing him. But he just ignored her. His friends were laughing about how he introduces himself to girls so I know he has the guts and interest. He didn't pay attention at all, and I knew he saw it. Was he letting me know he was serious, or just tantalizing her.
