Had a first date tonight. We went for drinks (each had 2) then a stroll through some gardens. So the first half of the date went well, but the 2 drinks hit me really hard because I only had lunch due to being super busy. I tend to blabber when I drink. I warned her what was going to happen, but she insisted on buying me a drink since I bought her one.

Anyway about an hour and a half in we had our first kiss. Then we just talked as we walked around. We were holding hands in the beginning but towards the end I could tell she was being distant. She was shy so it might have been that, but doubt it. She was still laughing for most of the date though and had a smile almost the entire time. At the end of the date we had a mini make out session and went our separate ways.

We're both students and have finals coming up so we didn't plan a date, more like we'll figure it out later thing. I texted her when I got home (she would have been home by then) saying I had fun and I'd like to see her after finals and to have a good night. I haven't received a reply from her and it's past midnight.
