She gave me a hug and said I welcome to come back any time, and even texted me that she had fun when I got back home. I thought things had gone well, but it seems like she's kind of phasing me out now. She blocked me from seeing her stories on Instagram. I'm chubby, but I'm not "fat," fat. My sister said that she would make a comment like that as a way of saying that she sees lifestyle differences between her and a guy. Now I'm wondering if I was just told that I'm too heavy... what do y'all think?

About 2-ish weeks ago, I had a picnic date with a girl who I've known a couple of years as a super casual friend. She agreed to this quarantine date, and everything seemed to go really well. When the date ended, she gave me a hug, and said that I was welcome to come back anytime. She has a roommate (a gay guy) who basically seemed to give me his stamp of approval too (left us alone to watch a movie when she asked if he wanted to join us).

Anyhow, during the date, the roommate asked for my expertise with some camera and sound equipment recommendations (I'm a professional Photog and Cinematographer). I said that I was happy to help, we added each other on social media, but the conversation never happened. I reached out to him last night and he said that he got everything he needed.

Earlier this week, the girl deleted a flirty comment I made on her instagram. I'm kinda wondering if these are signs that I'm not getting a second date... What do y'all think?

I've been talking to this girl I worked with a few years ago. She recently got out of a relationship and we have been talking a bit. she's sent me long messages telling me about what happened and we've talked a bit, and talked about getting together a few weeks later.

She's regularly taken a few days to respond every few messages. She says she's been overwhelmed at work, lots of OT and people quitting and getting fired. She says she's been too exhausted to hold conversations. Plus she hasn't been active on Facebook either when she usually was.

She said she still wanted to get together and she's just been having too much going on at work right now.

I talked to her this morning cause it was her birthday, and she told me what she was doing. She said her friend was bringing her food and he and her were gonna watch a movie and that would be it.

She then asked me about some stuff and it's been half the day so far and nothing.

Normally, I'd feel like it's an excuse, but with the pandemic going on, I don't know. But then she told me about the guy who's coming to hang out with her.

She still asks questions and engages the conversation, but I'm not sure anymore.
