So if a girl is approached by a fat/ugly guy she will most likely perceive his flirtatious remarks as creepy or perverted.

But if she’s approached by a handsome, well-built man with a gorgeous face and uses the same remarks, she’ll perceive it as sexy or hot.

I’m very observant so I observe this a lot and I notice that this happens a ton. Looks (face and body) are simply a big part of attraction for women as well as men. The difference (I believe) is that men are more willing to accept this behavior.
